Audio Response System 

The audio response system allows access to your accounts anytime, day or night. It effectively puts a teller in your home, office, car or anywhere there is a touch-tone telephone.  

With the audio response system, you can: 

• Check your share and loan balances
• Make check withdrawals
• Check on deposits and withdrawals
• Request tax information

To use the audio response system:

1. Call 630-553-4335.
2. Press option “1”.
3. Enter your account number followed by the # key
4. Enter your four-digit PIN followed by the # key.
5. Follow the system prompts.
6. To end your session, simply hang up or enter “9”.
